Cefalo has achieved Select status in the Claude Partner Network

How do you know your development partner has the expertise needed to use AI well? For Cefalo, it comes down to combining certified knowledge with experience from real client projects.

Artificial intelligence is changing the way software is developed. New tools make it possible to work faster and tackle more complex challenges. At the same time, making the most of these opportunities requires both technical understanding and sound judgement. Software engineers need to know the technology’s limitations and understand how to ensure the quality of what they deliver.

Over the past two years, Cefalo has invested systematically in preparing our software engineers for this shift. We have tested different tools, established our own training programmes, and actively use Claude in our work with clients.

Expertise that benefits our clients

That investment has now been recognised by Anthropic. Cefalo has reached Select level in the Claude Partner Network Services Track. We continue to build expertise, share experience across development teams, and adopt new tools where they add real value.

For our clients, this means access to experienced software engineers who understand the possibilities in modern AI technology — and who also have the judgement to assess when and how it should be used. That combination is what we believe matters when companies are choosing a development partner for the years ahead.

More than 20 certified Claude Architects

In September 2026, we announced that 15 of Cefalo’s software engineers had passed the exam as Claude Certified Architects (CCAR-F). We now have over 20 certified software engineers, with more completing the certification every week.

The certification is Anthropic’s official credential for developers and architects who design and operate solutions built on Claude. It covers areas including agentic architecture, system design, integrations, context management, and reliability in production systems.

Behind the certifications lies extensive knowledge-building work. Cefalo has established a dedicated AI task force of six experienced software engineers who drive training, knowledge sharing, and guidance across client teams.

The effort has generated strong engagement among our software engineers. More and more want to become certified, and the goal is to have 100 certified Claude Architects by the end of 2027.

Documented results with DN Media Group

The expertise has already delivered concrete results for our clients. In the summer of 2026, DN Media Group developed their own tracking platform together with Cefalo’s software engineers and Claude Code. The goal was to replace a licensed third-party solution with an in-house platform that gave better control over data, faster insights, and greater scope for personalisation.

The team had four months to complete a project that would traditionally have been estimated at around a year. With Claude Code as a central part of the development work, they delivered on time. Five of Cefalo’s software engineers on the project held Claude Certified Architect certification.

The results have been significant. DN Media Group now saves a substantial amount annually in licensing costs, and data that previously took an hour to process is now available in under one second. An A/B test of the media house’s personalised front page also showed a 27 percent higher click-through rate compared to the generic version.

The project is a strong example of what experienced software engineers can achieve when they combine technical expertise, close collaboration, and thoughtful use of AI.

Claude Partner Network

The Claude Partner Network is Anthropic’s partner programme for companies that help clients adopt Claude. Within the Services Track, partners are recognised for building certified areas of expertise, delivering Claude-based solutions to clients, and being able to document their work through public client references. The programme has four levels: Certified, Select, Preferred, and Global Premier.

Select status is external recognition of the expertise and experience Cefalo has built. For organisations evaluating a development partner, it also provides a concrete point of reference — demonstrating that the competence has been verified through both certifications and practical client work.
